Freshmill Forum is a monthly event that brings together our members and the wider local business community to share practical knowledge and connect with one another. Each session features a short 20-30 minute presentation from a Freshmill member on a transferrable skill.
During this Forum we will hear from Chris Cooper. Chris is a management consultant specialising in digital transformation across utilities, healthcare, and small business sectors. In the session he will explore the importance of achieving a SingleView of your data — bringing together information from different systems into one clear picture.
He will show how this approach can help small businesses and self-employed professionals save time, reduce admin, and gain insights that support better decision-making, improve customer management, and enhance the services they provide to their clients.
